Preliminary Matters: Attached you will find the Board’s Annual Agenda for the 2009 – 2010 Fiscal Year. The agenda lists the projected meeting dates, places, special events, and items to be discussed at each Board meeting. Although the agenda is subject to change, it gives us written direction as to when certain items will come before the Board for discussion. Staff Recommendation: I recommend adoption of the Annual Agenda for the 2009 – 2010 Fiscal Year. |
